It has come to be expected that the Topeka-based Westboro Baptist Church will picket anything that will garner itself some publicity. The latest from WBC? Picketing Radiohead concerts.
Along with its traditional ‘God Hates Fags’ signs, the church seemed to be picketing Radiohead because they are “freak monkey’s with mediocre tunes”. From its website:
Meanwhile, God is undoing this nation and effecting all of your lives, with the moth that quietly eats the very fabric of your national garment. Radiohead is just such an event.
