Featuring Powers hitting baseballs at targets on line drives, off-the-bounce, etc., Powers looks to be able to hit the ball wherever he wants and/or is a very patient person.
The 24-year-old first baseman hit .338 for the Fort Wayne TinCaps of the Midwest League in 2011. Powers played four years at Mississippi State before being drafted in the 21st round of the 2010 draft.
