Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah has one of the more colorful personalities in the NBA. The 6-foot-11 center is the son of French tennis star Yannick Noah and former Miss Sweden, Cecilia Rodhe. Despite growing up with celebrity parents, Noah has made a name for himself on the court with his high-energy brand of basketball. A tough, gritty defender and rebounder, Noah recently became the first Bulls center to record a triple-double in 35 years when he had 13 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in a game against the Milwaukee Bucks before the All-Star break.
Noah has become a paparazz target recently, as evidenced by the shots of him and a blessed female companion (possibly his girlfriend) in St. Barts over All-Star weekend celebrating his 27th birthday. Now Noah looks to make his name in social media as he became the latest athlete to join the social media website, Twitter.
“General Tso.” Noah’s first tweet read.
